MADISON, Wis., and WASHINGTON (January 22, 2019) – Registration is now open for CUNA Frontline Compliance eSchool, designed to help member-facing staff not only understand the most relevant regulations, but gain confidence to exceed member expectations.

“Frontline staff are faced with the challenge of scrutiny from both members and regulators,” said Starla Bremel, instructional design manager at CUNA. “At this school, attendees will not only keep themselves informed on how regulatory issues can impact their day-to-day; they will walk away with renewed confidence in their ability to exceed member expectations.”

CUNA Frontline Compliance eSchool will be held monthly from April 9 to September 17, 2019, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. CT. Attendees will learn and discuss topics ranging from how to remain compliant on social media to regulations including Reg E and Reg CC.
