CUNA creates a streamlined path to employee recognition

MADISON, Wis., and WASHINGTON (March 20, 2019) – Credit union staff will have the opportunity to earn recognition and grow in their roles in a straightforward way with the revised  CUNA recognition program.

“Recognition and professional development play a pivotal role in employee retention and engagement,” said Marlo Foltz, VP of blended learning at CUNA. “With the reimagined CUNA recognition program, staff not only have the opportunity to earn the recognition they deserve, credit unions can also increase their rate of retention of these dedicated employees.”

CUNA recognition program is an entirely paperless system featuring online learning content. Upon completing four pieces of content in the same category, users will gain recognition in that category. Users are free to choose between categories to focus on depth or breadth of knowledge based on their individual needs.

All content included in the CUNA recognition program can be accessed through CUNA Professional Development Online (CPD Online).
