CUNA Management School underway

Author and journalist Antonio Neves welcomes students with leadership advice.

CUNA Management School kicked off in Madison, Wis., Sunday with an orientation for first-year students and an introduction to the Stanford Simulation Game, where students learn the ins and outs of running a financial institution.

Author and journalist Antonio Neves welcomed all students Monday morning with leadership advice, CUNA Chief Economist Mike Schenk provided an economic update, and Adam Engelman, CUNA director of federal grassroots and programs, gave an update on credit union advocacy efforts.

Other sessions highlight topics including top-performing teams, leadership development, executive readiness, risk management, strategic marketing, cybersecurity, innovation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

 

CUNA Management School is a three-year executive education program led by University of Wisconsin School of Business professors, credit union professionals, and industry experts. It’s designed for credit union leaders seeking the ability to transform their organizations with an emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and transformation.
