Jim Mau

After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, I served as a logistics officer in Mississippi and the chief of logistics for a Joint Task Force in Honduras.

My military service provided valuable lessons in leadership that have benefited my career at Heritage Grove Federal Credit Union. While the stereotype of a military leader is often harsh and uncaring, in my experience military leaders—both officers and enlisted—care deeply about their teams and their mission, just like we do in credit unions.
