Jim Hayes

I joined the Army straight out of high school. I was in the military police and was stationed in Germany.

The Army taught me strong leadership skills and how to be a confident yet servant leader. Being in the military police taught me communication skills and personal interaction skills. Pretty much everything I learned in the Army about leadership and communication I use today in my current role as CEO of Andrews Federal Credit Union. Joining the Army was the best decision I could have made as a young, 17-year-old kid graduating from high school.
