DigDev Direct is proud to work with credit unions throughout the country, who like many other organizations, have been hit hard by the COVID-19 crisis.
Credit union clients have relied on DigDev Direct to keep current and potential credit union members informed and updated about changes with monthly payments, refinancing opportunities, debt forgiveness, and assistance with taxes.
Currently, DigDev direct is using four different services to assist its credit union clients including display advertising, social media marketing, email marketing and Google marketing options including pay per click.
In order to accommodate its clients, DigDev Direct has lowered costs and minimal budget requirements to ensure that credit unions are able to continue to market.
Every client has been given the opportunity to review its existing agreement and current campaigns to find more affordable options to reach current and potential members. In many cases, DigDev Direct has shifted the campaign strategy of our clients from display and Google marketing, to social media and email where engagement is higher than average. DigDev Direct provided this option at no additional cost and if creative assets needed to be altered or designed to accommodate the switch, it took care of the work at no additional cost.
The company’s goal is to offer the same insight and guidance to credit unions around the country who are trying to find cost-effective ways to continue to market without putting themselves at a disadvantage given the current economic climate and challenges.
