2020-2021 Executive Committee members announced for CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council

Attendees were introduced to the 2020-2021 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Executive Committee at the recent CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Conference and CUNA Technology Council Virtual Conference held Sept. 29-Oct. 1.

The full 2020-2021 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Executive Committee includes:

  • Tammy Fleiger, vice chair, senior vice president operations, STCU
  • Jason Rogers, 2nd vice chair, senior vice president member services, Mountain America CU
  • Jason Ford, chief operating officer, Harvester Financial CU
  • Jennifer Kimmell, vice president member services, TruWest Credit Union
  • Judy Kinney, senior vice president branch delivery & operations, LGE Community CU
  • Brad Aspgren, senior vice president operations, American Airlines FCU
  • Julie Linch, senior vice president retail delivery; Directions CU
  • Maggie Robarts, vice president of operations, Tampa Bay FCU
  • Wendie Ellis, director of payment services, Horizon CU

Heather Lally-Voight, Alliant Credit Union, stepped down after serving her full term and will be taking her seat as 2nd vice chair of the CUNA Councils Executive Committee.
