2019 Diversity Self-Assessment results now available

NCUA has released the results from the 2019 Credit Union Diversity Self-Assessment. The 2019 report is available on NCUA’s website.

The Diversity Self-Assessment is a tool that assists credit unions with building and improving their diversity programs. According to NCUA, it can help industry leaders to identify areas in which they can strengthen that commitment, for the benefit of their employees, members, and communities.

Credit unions are encouraged to complete the 2020 Self-Assessment by Jan. 15, 2021.
