CUNA Business Lending Virtual Roundtable scheduled for February 9-10
CUNA Business Lending Virtual Roundtable will be held February 9 and 10, 2021.
“You will meet a lot of people from around the country that are facing the same issues as you in your credit union,” said Chris Tompkins, chief commercial services officer, GECU. “All are willing to share their experiences and ideas that will be beneficial to take back with you.”
Credit union business and commercial lenders will discuss the pandemic’s impact on the economy and, in turn, on new loan generation for credit unions. Attendees will learn how industries that regularly seek business loans – such as small businesses, hospitality and manufacturing – are being affected.
“Business lending leaders can gain the latest insights from industry experts and their peers, while saving on the expenses of travel and accommodations,” said Kathy Smith, instructional design manager at CUNA.
Roundtable session discussions will provide:
- A pulse check on credit union lending
- Opportunities to share common challenges and opportunities
- Chances to ask questions about systems, vendors, policies and operations
