Credit union CEO to testify at overdraft hearing this week

The House and Senate are both in session this week. The House will consider, under suspension of the rules, retirement and cannabis related legislation, while the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 4521, the United States Innovation and Competition Act (H.R. 4521).
UW Credit Union President/CEO Paul Kundert will testify before the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Consumer Protection and Financial Institutions during a hearing titled, “The End of Overdraft Fees? Examining the Movement to Eliminate the Fees Costing Consumers Billions.”
