Credit Union Awareness expands to Louisiana

Credit Union AwarenessTM announced that the program is headed to Louisiana. This expansion comes on the heels of the relaunch of – the only resource that connects more consumers directly to credit unions. 

“What better way to celebrate credit unions today than to continue to share the amazing opportunities credit unions have to offer consumers,” said Chris Lorence, Credit Union Awareness executive director. “We are thrilled to bring this credit union driven program to Louisiana, and grateful to the Louisiana Credit Union League for their enormous support of this game-changing program.”

Credit Union Awareness launched an expanded program strategy in 2022 that directly connects more consumers to credit unions. To date, the campaign has resulted in 4.3 billion impressions and over 11.9 million visits to – a consumer-facing website that encourages visitors to learn more about the benefits of credit unions, and ultimately the pathways to membership.
