CUVM, CUNA Strategic Services collaborate on vendor management services

May 4, 2022

CUNA Strategic Services (CSS) selected CUVM, the vendor management solution for LEVERAGE, as one of just two alliance providers of vendor management solutions. CSS develops strategic alliance relationships to bring credit unions innovative solutions that drive member growth and operational excellence. This alliance will offer credit unions access to the full suite of products and services CUVM offers in vendor management and regulatory due diligence.

CUVM has been providing simple solutions in vendor management for credit unions for more than 14 years. CUVM offers a holistic approach to managing contracts that takes the burden off of credit unions, all while offering a cost-effective and dependable way to manage regulatory due diligence. CUVM’s streamlined vendor management process saves time and resources and may even lower operational expenses for credit unions.

“We are incredibly honored that CSS has selected CUVM as one of their preferred vendor management providers for credit unions,” said Steve Willis, President of LEVERAGE. “This collaboration provides unique opportunities for credit unions across the U.S. to access a host of products and services that simplify complicated vendor analysis and ensure compliance with NCUA requirements.”

CUVM streamlines the entire contract process, saves credit unions time and money and centralizes storage and retrieval of contracts. Not to mention, the CUVM team offers personalized service with dedicated analysts and support staff and provides limited reviews that address levels of risk. The software gives employees the ability to upload and store all vendor documents in a secure location, while also keeping a running history of all contracts.

“We’re excited to launch our relationship with CUVM to round out our vendor management offering. This positions us to partner with the leagues to solve the challenges credit unions in all asset segments face in adhering to regulatory requirements and effectively managing their vendor relationships,” said Barb Lowman, President of CSS.
