Delaware credit unions volunteer at BMW Championship event

Volunteers from DEXSTA FCU, Eagle One FCU, and Dover FCU were among the 130,000 people attending the PGA’s 2022 BMW Championship, held at the Wilmington Country Club.

The ten volunteers, all members of the Delaware Social Responsibility Committee, manned the concession stand for a total of 56 hours selling a wide variety of food and beverages to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware.

Delaware was hosted the 2022 BMW Championship, the PGA tour’s first-ever event in the state, held at the Wilmington Country Club. Approximately 130,000 fans attend the third round, which featured seventy golfers.
