CrossState's Foggie talks savings, student loans

CrossState Credit Union Association Chief Regulatory Officer Nicola Foggie joined Pennsylvania state Rep. Rosemary Brown recently on Pennsylvania Newsmakers. Foggie discussed the importance of saving on overall financial health. 

"Savings is one of the essential aspects of wealth building," she said, adding, "it helps with piece of mind. Building savings is something you can do in increments, or you an enlist a professional to help you get started. Personal savings can start at a very young age, and is important all your life."

Foggie and Brown also discussed the importance of student savings, the effects of student loan debt, and different types of student loans.
