Technology, operations, and member experience professionals descended on Las Vegas from Sept. 21-24 for the 2022 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council and CUNA Technology Council Conference. Attendees shared ideas on technological advancements, cybersecurity threats, member experience, employee engagement, cryptocurrency, fraud protection, and more.
Some highlights from the event:
- Fortalice Solutions CEO Theresa Payton shared her experiences at the White House and CBS while making cybersecurity predictions for 2022 and 2023.
- A panel of credit union leaders discussed how to re-engage employees and focus on member experience in the wake of the pandemic.
