Cyber incident final rule, FOM proposal on NCUA's Feb. 16 agenda

The NCUA board will vote on a chartering and field of membership proposal and a cyber incident reporting final rule at its Feb. 16 meeting. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET and will be streamed live on NCUA.gov. 

CUNA supported NCUA's proposed rule on cyber incident reporting and asked the final rule provide "clear and specific instructions to credit unions stating exactly what information should be reported."
