Jason Lindstrom is a people person. The president/CEO of $474 million asset Evergreen Credit Union in Portland, Maine, has elevated his career on the strength of networking and personal relationships.
When Lindstrom took over as CEO of Evergreen six years ago, he knew the best path to growth was building a team that’s fully invested in the credit union’s mission and values. Experience taught Lindstrom that if he took care of his employees, they were much more likely to make the commitment required to differentiate the credit union in the marketplace.
The result? Evergreen has doubled its asset size during Lindstrom’s tenure.
