CUNA News staff have compiled 16 of the goofiest, most creative, intriguing credit union mascots across the U.S. Now, over the next month, readers can trim that list down and reveal the champion by voting in CUNA's first-ever Mascot Madness bracket.

The mascots will be pitted against each other across a three-week tournament that splits the 16 mascots into four-team regions: East, Midwest, South, and West.

Voting starts March 17, when the four mascots in the East Region compete for glory, with readers choosing their favorite mascot of the four. The mascot that receives the most combined votes across the platforms will advance to the semifinals.

Keep an eye on news.cuna.org/mascotmadness as we reveal the winner of each region before moving on to the next.

The first round will continue with the Midwest Region poll on March 20, the West Region poll on March 23, and the South Region poll on March 27.

The semifinal polls, which will feature one-on-one matchups, will be open from March 30 until 12 p.m. Central Standard Time April 3. The championship will be held from April 3-7.
