Subordinated debt final rule on NCUA's March 16 agenda

The NCUA Board will vote on a subordinated debt final rule at its March 16 meeting. The meeting will be streamed live on NCUA.gov, and will begin at 10 a.m. ET. 

CUNA supported the rule as proposed. It would extend the regulatory capital treatment of GSC to the later of 30 years from the date of issuance or Jan. 1, 2052.
