CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council, CUNA Technology Council Conference 2023 dates set

CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council and CUNA Technology Council Conference, a must-attend event for operations and technology professionals in the credit union industry, will be held Oct. 4-7 in Denver.

“This event is designed to address the specific needs of both Councils’ members, such as anticipating emerging trends including AI strategy, providing high-quality member experiences, and navigating evolving technologies,” said Jim Phillips, EVP & Chief Information Officer, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union and CUNA Councils conference chair. “Our goal is to empower attendees to return to their credit unions with a fresh perspective, new insights, and enthusiasm for the industry and movement," said Buddy Bennett, Chief Operating Officer, Cyprus Federal Credit Union and CUNA Councils conference chair.

The conference will feature expert-led sessions that dive into relevant and trending topics organized by CU peers, such as data security, fraud prevention and creating a consistent member experience strategy across branches. Attendees will have the opportunity to expand their networks, collaborate with professionals facing similar challenges and learn best practices from industry experts.

The Security Summit, taking place October 3-4, before the conference, provides a platform for Credit Union industry leaders, experts, and practitioners to share their knowledge and experience, as well as network and collaborate with others in the field.

The Rising Star Award and Professional of the Year Award for both the CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council and the CUNA Technology Council recognize up-and-coming talent in the ranks of credit union operations and member experience and information technology leadership. Nominations are being accepted until August 15.
