The four main components of self-leadership are self-knowledge, self-management, self-development, and intentional action, according to Nicole Brusewitz, founder of Maven Leadership, and Sarah Horten, chief lending officer at $1 billion Kirtland Credit Union in Albuquerque, N.M. They addressed the 2023 CUNA Lending Council Conference Sunday in Denver.
