CUNA urges parity by filing motion to intervene in district court 1071 ruling

CUNA, the Cornerstone League, and Rally Credit Union are calling for parity in the treatment of financial institutions that make business loans following a preliminary injunction against the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) section 1071 rule.  
The three organizations filed a motion to intervene Thursday with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
