MADISON, Wis., and WASHINGTON (July 3, 2018) The 2018 CUNA Technology Council Conference and CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Conference will be held September 12-15, 2018 in San Francisco. Credit union professionals in both business areas will network between fields, refine their approaches to current issues and discover new opportunities to innovate at their credit unions.

“To keep their credit unions on the cutting edge, technology professionals need opportunities to explore emerging products and refine their current processes,” said Mike Atkins, CIO of Bellco CU and CUNA Technology Conference Committee Chair. “This conference brings together innovative technology and the knowledge to apply it, placing your credit union at the forefront of our movement.”

“Operations and member experience processes are defined by innovation in technology and in culture,” said Heather Lally, VP Operations at Alliant CU and CUNA Operations & Member Experience Conference Committee Chair. “By giving professionals the opportunity to explore all of these fields at once, they can gain a wider perspective to better take advantage of current trends and refine their processes.”

Both conferences will also host their own awards ceremonies with the CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Awards and the CUNA Technology Council Awards, celebrating the professionals and credit unions who go above and beyond in both fields.

Before the conference, CUNA will be hosting the 5th annual CUNA Technology Council Security Summit, where credit union professionals will exchange contemporary knowledge and solutions while learning how to best keep their members’ and their credit union’s data safe. You can learn more about the summit here.
