Dianne Ballesteros is joining the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), the nation’s largest and most influential trade association advocating on behalf of America’s 115 million credit union members, as an Engagement Consultant. Ballesteros will work with credit unions in the California, Nevada, and Utah regions.

Ballesteros has a long tenure within the credit union movement, having spent time working at credit unions, trade associations and providers. Her recent endeavors include Business Development consulting with local credit unions and prior to that she was a Regional Sales Manager for CO-OP Financial Services.

“Dianne is passionate about serving and expanding the credit union movement,” said Jessica Hrubes, CUNA Vice President of Strategic Credit Union Relations. “She has well established connections and brings a wealth of background and relationships to the position. We are grateful to have her join CUNA.”

Ballesteros spent over five years as the Director of Member Relations at the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES) where she collaborated with credit union executives and board members in the areas of talent development, growth strategies and governance. She truly believes in living out the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and serving the many credit union professionals that she also calls friends.

Over the last four years, CUNA Engagement Consultants have worked alongside League partners to mutually serve their members through direct interaction with credit unions.
