An engaging new format is now available for HR credit union professionals and experts to connect and focus on the current trends and best practices shaping people management in this tumultuous year. The CUNA Human Resources & Organizational Development Council Virtual Conference Collection will be held on October 8 and 14 and is open for registration.

“Sharing insights with peers is one of the most dynamic resources available for designing HR programs that embody the credit union movement mission of people helping people,” said Cindy Swigert, vice president of human resources at UVA Community Credit Union and chair of the CUNA Human Resources & Organizational Development Council. “I’m excited that this new virtual conference format will enable peers and experts to network and work together on the challenges currently facing credit unions.”

For this virtual conference collection, each of the six high-impact sessions are curated based on relevancy in today’s new environment from the agenda planned for the Council’s annual conference in Orlando. Topics explored in this inaugural virtual event include:

  • Legal updates
  • Using AI
  • Training changes for future
  • Leading during times of crisis
  • Diversity, equity and inclusion

The CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council is making ten scholarships available for this event. Scholarship recipients will receive a full registration. To be considered, you must be a current Council member and submit an application online by Friday, September 25, 2020.
