Kansas credit unions engage with Rep. LaTurner
The Cornerstone League’s Kansas political arm, the Kansas Credit Union Association, hosted Rep. Jake LaTurner, R-Kan. for a roundtable discussion on legislation impacting credit unions. Envista Credit Union hosted the event at its Mortgage Event Center in Topeka.
“Credit Unions are important in our state, and they are facing a lot of obstacles from the federal government with new regulations that are making it more onerous on them and in turn making it harder for Kansans to access capital,” said LaTurner.
