Photo gallery: 2022 CUNA HROD Conference underway

About 200 credit union leaders tackle top talent issues in Orlando.

The 2022 CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Conference kicked off Sunday in Orlando, with preconference sessions, an orientation for first-time attendees, an opening keynote address from business culture catalyst Jim Knight, and a welcome reception. 

The conference continues through Wednesday.

HROD exchange

Attendees share how they retain talent in a post-pandemic workforce during Sunday’s HROD Exchange.

 

Spencer Park

Spencer Park, Desert First Federal Credit Union, and Kassandra Maxson, evergreenDIRECT Credit Union, fill out their bingo board during the orientation for first-time attendees.

 

First time

There are about 35 first-time attendees at this year’s conference.

 

Culture Rocks

Creating a customer experience that rocks starts with the employees an organization hires and the behaviors they display, says Jim Knight, business culture catalyst and author of “Culture that Rocks!”.

 

Human Resources

Two-hundred human resources and organizational development leaders are attending this year’s conference.
